What needs doing now

Generated from each committed award's deadline using the standard backward schedule (decide D-56, draft D-35, assets D-28, reviews D-21, sign-off D-14, submit D-7), plus partner approvals and the shared asset kit. Awards still awaiting a decision show only their go/no-go date. Ticks are saved in this browser only; change status for good in data/awards.json.

Likelihood is an honest estimate that a well-prepared entry wins or places, given the field and how well the Library fits. Prestige (1–5 stars) weights how much a win would matter to the Library's reputation and fundraising. Click a column to sort.

    Budget

    What it costs

Entry fees only, for committed entries. Staff time, video editing, and photography are carried by the shared asset kit and are not repeated per entry. Partner-paid entries cost the Library nothing but approval time.

    The shared asset kit

Nearly every entry asks for the same handful of heavy assets. Produce them once, to the strictest spec on the list, and each entry becomes a one- to two-week tailoring job instead of a six-week scramble.

    Positioning

Which part of the Library wins

Each award is mapped to the single aspect of the Library that makes its strongest case. The bar is the sum of likelihood × prestige across the awards that lean on it — where the program's expected value actually sits.
